  • What is Adobe Summit?

    Summit 2023 is an in-person and virtual event with innovative keynotes, 70+ sessions and networking activities. It’s a unique opportunity to join a community of Experience Makers from around the world to learn, be inspired, and make connections – and ultimately, to empower you to make the digital economy personal.

    The in-person event in London will take place at ExCeL London.

    Is space limited?

    Passes for the in-person event in ExCeL London will be available for purchase until they are sold out. Space is limited, so we recommend registering as soon as possible to secure your spot for the in-person experience.

    Attendance for the virtual Summit experience is unlimited and free for everyone.

  • What is Adobe’s accessibility commitment?

    Adobe welcomes the participation of individuals with disabilities and will make every effort to provide reasonable accommodations to enable equitable participation at Adobe Summit.

    ExCeL has been purposely designed and built to allow unrestricted access to all visitors and to conform to Part M of the Building Regulations.

    They aim to provide full access to all the facilities within the venue and recognise that disabled visitors may require extra equipment, facilities and assistance both routinely and in an emergency.

In-person Summit

  • What is the Adobe Summit in-person agenda?

    The in-person agenda includes two days of keynotes, Sneaks, plus more than 90 sessions. It also includes evening networking activities including the Summit Celebration. In addition, the Community Pavilion offers access to Adobe product experts and sponsors with the latest products and services for Experience Makers.   • What is included in my full conference registration?

    • Keynotes (Thursday–Friday, 8-9 June)
    • Summit Sneaks (Thursday, 8 June)
    • All sessions (Thursday–Friday, 8-9 June)
    • Access to the Community Pavilion, Sponsor areas, and Summit Celebration. It also includes all general receptions, evening entertainment, refreshments and catering.

    What if I registered for virtual Summit and would like to attend Summit in-person?

    You can upgrade your virtual registration to a paid in-person registration by contacting the registration team by emailing adobe@eventbooking.uk.com.

    Does the registration include air transportation and hotel accommodations?

    All costs for air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee.

    What if I have to cancel

    Cancellations must be made in writing to adobe@eventbooking.uk.com. Cancellations received up to 15 May 2023 will be subject to an administration fee of 50% of the charge plus VAT at 20%. It is with regret that cancellations made after this date will be liable to the full registration fee and no refunds will be given.

    Is my registration transferable?

    Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company at any time without additional charge Please submit all transfer requests in writing to adobe@eventbooking.uk.com.     Will I receive confirmation of my registration?

    Yes, after you register online, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration within an hour. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your junk folder and then contact the hotline +44 1462 744932 or adobe@eventbooking.uk.com.

    Will I receive a ticket?

    Your badge is collected on arrival at the event, a fast track e-ticket will be sent to you one week before the event, alternatively give your name on arrival.

    I’m a member of the press, are there press passes available?

    Please contact your regular Adobe PR contact for more information about press participation at Summit.

    Can you assist with visa applications?

    We can provide letters of invitation to assist with your visa application, but only when full payment has been received. If your visa is subsequently refused and you can provide evidence of this, the payment will be refunded.

    If you require a letter of invitation please email adobe@eventbooking.uk.com giving your passport number, expiry date, country of issue and nationality.

    I have been given a code. How can I register?

    Select ‘I have a code’ on the first page of the registration site.

  • What is the cost for a full conference pass to attend Summit in person (8-9 June)?

    The registration fees are as follows while availability lasts:

    • Single registraion for a full conference pass
    • Full Price - £1,550/€1,795

    All prices are subject to 20% VAT.

  • My company isn’t based in the UK, should I be charged VAT?

    Yes, as the event is taking place in the UK it is subject to UK VAT at 20%, admission to events requires that VAT be charged on all invoices (irrespective of the attendee’s location) and this cannot be removed. However it may be possible for your company to reclaim it.

    Can I qualify for more than one discount?

    No, only one promo code or discount can be applied per registration. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, package, or promo code.

    I received a code after I registered. What should I do?

    Contact the registration team by emailing adobe@eventbooking.uk.com with the code and your registration number. A code can only be entered during the registration process and cannot be applied after you have already completed registration.

    How can I pay for Summit 2023?

    Online registration will take you through the payment process – with the option to select your payment method and provide the information that will be displayed on your Invoice.

    Who do I pay for Summit 2023?

    All payments are made to Taylor Bennett Partners LLP the registration company for Adobe Summit EMEA 2023, these funds are passed back to Adobe in full for VAT purposes.

    What types of payments are accepted?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit and debit card payments, you will be transferred to the secure payment site at the end of the booking or you can make payment at any time via the link on your invoice. Invoices are also issued until 14 days before the event which can be paid by bank transfer or cheque.

    I need a VAT invoice

    All registrations will receive a VAT invoice on the website confirmation page and a link is also included in the confirmation email.

    Has my payment been received?

    You can also monitor the status of the invoice using the link on your confirmation email - as soon as payment is received this will be shown.

    When does payment need to be made?

    Payment needs to be received before the event starts (8 June 2023). To qualify for a discounted rate payment must be received before this rate expires.

    Are discounted rates available at the Summit hotels?

    Yes, discounted rates have been negotiated at a range of hotels in the local area. Accommodation can be booked with these hotels by clicking here. To take advantage of our discounted negotiated rates, you must book through Event Express, our preferred booking agency. All reservations, amendments and cancellations are confirmed in writing.     ExCeL London, the international exhibition and convention centre, is the host venue for a variety of events from award winning exhibitions and conferences to international association meetings, product launches, banquets, award ceremonies, sporting events and great days out and not to mention hosting the London Olympic and Paralympic games.

    ExCeL is the UK’s most flexible event space with over 100,000m2 of space. Situated in a stunning waterfront location, ExCeL London is located in the heart of London's Royal Docks, within easy reach of central London. The venue is part of a 100 acre campus, including 3 onsite DLR stations, easy access to the Jubilee Line and London City Airport, parking for 3,700 cars, six onsite hotels and numerous on-site bars and restaurants.

    Which is the closest airport?

    The closest airport is London City Airport (Travel time 10 mins (car or taxi); 15 mins by DLR). ExCeL London is also easily accessible from all London airports and mainline train stations. The closest Docklands Light Railway station is Custom House for ExCeL. London City Airport is open from 05:00 – 22:00 on week days.     How do I get to the venue using public transport from London airports?

    From London City Airport Travel time 10 mins (car or taxi); 15 mins by DLR. Depart London City Airport heading west on Docklands Light Railway (DLR) for Canning Town. Change at Canning Town and head east to Custom House for ExCeL and Summit EMEA.

    From Stansted Airport Travel time 1 hour (car or taxi); 1 hour 15 mins (public transport) Depart Stansted heading south on the National Express Coach to London Stratford (Departs every 30 mins at 05 and 35). Head to Stratford Underground station (2 mins) and take the Jubilee Line to Canning Town (5 stops). Change at Canning Town for Docklands Light Railway (DLR) and head east to Custom House for ExCeL and Summit EMEA.

    From Gatwick Airport Travel time 1 hour 30 mins (car or taxi); 1 20 mins hour (public transport) Depart Gatwick heading north on Thameslink train service to London Bridge (2 stops) Change at London Bridge to the Underground and head east on the Jubilee Line for Canning Town.     What kind of weather should I anticipate?

    Temperatures for early June in London vary between 13 - 16 C. Visitors should pack appropriate clothing for chilly evenings.

    What if I need a Visa application?

    To receive a Visa application, you must first complete your Summit registration. During registration you will be asked if you require Visa assistance. Select "yes" and provide the required information. A Visa letter will be sent to you within 48 hours of completing your registration. If you do not receive a Visa in time to travel to the United States for Summit, your registration fees will be fully refunded.

  • What COVID-19 safety measures will you have in place at Summit 2023?

    Safety is our priority. We are developing protocols for our London attendees based on several factors, including official government guidance, medical data privacy, and specific event considerations. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic. As we approach the event date, the Adobe SUMMIT Health & Safety policy is subject to change, and policy updates will be posted here and emailed to registered attendees.   • Does Adobe Summit have an age limit?

    For the in-person event, the minimum age to attend is 21 years, and no one under this age (including infants) will be admitted.

    For the virtual event, there is no specific age limit, however, you must be 13 years or older to create an Adobe ID.

    How should I dress?

    During the conference, business-casual attire is appropriate. The Summit Celebration reception on the evening of Thursday 8th June is casual. Partner Sponsors are welcome to wear their own branded clothing.

    Luggage

    A cloakroom facility (bags/coats/suitcases) is available throughout the event and closes 30mins after the final activity on each day.

    What if I have special dietary requirements?

    Please indicate any special requests in the ‘dietary requirements’ section provided during the registration process. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
