Registration includes admission into all general and breakout sessions and the Community Pavilion. Fees include refreshments, meals and admission to the Summit Celebration reception.

All transportation costs and hotel accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the attendee.

Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company at anytime, free of charge. Please submit all transfer requests to adobe@eventbooking.uk.com For further questions regarding registration please call Adobe Registration Hotline on +44 1462 744932.

Cancellations received by 2 April 2018 will receive a full refund, less a £50/€65 cancellation fee subject to vat at 20%. After 2 April, no refunds will be honoured. You may, however, still transfer your registration to a colleague from your company free of charge.

Yes. Adobe Digital Learning Services courses are available for customers at the following pricing:

Two-day courses £1,100 / 1,300 €
One-day courses £550 / 650 €
Half-day courses £225 / 325 €

You can register for Adobe Digital Learning Services classes from the main Summit EMEA registration portal. Training sessions are planned with 10 - 20 delegates per class depending on the product. You do not need to hold a Summit conference pass to purchase training classes.

Yes, discounted rates have been negotiated at a range of hotels in the local area. Accommodation can be booked with these hotels by clicking here. Situated in a stunning waterfront location, ExCeL London is located in the heart of London's Royal Docks, within easy reach of central London. The venue is part of a 100 acre campus, including 3 onsite DLR stations, easy access to the Jubilee Line and London City Airport, parking for 3,700 cars, six onsite hotels and numerous on-site bars and restaurants.

The closest airport is London City Airport (Travel time 10 mins (car or taxi); 15 mins by DLR). ExCeL London is also easily accessible from all London airports and mainline train stations. From London City Airport Travel time 10 mins (car or taxi); 15 mins by DLR. Depart London City Airport heading west on Docklands Light Railway (DLR) for Canning Town. Change at Canning Town and head east to Prince Regent for ExCeL(East) and Summit EMEA 2018.

From Stansted Airport Travel time 1 hour (car or taxi); 1 hour 15 mins (public transport) Depart Stansted heading south on the National Express Coach to London Stratford (Departs every 30 mins at 05 and 35). Head to Stratford Underground station (2 mins) and take the Jubilee Line to Canning Town (5 stops). Change at Canning Town for Docklands Light Railway (DLR) and head east to Prince Regent for ExCeL(East) and Summit EMEA 2018.

From Gatwick Airport Travel time 1 hour 30 mins (car or taxi); 1 20 mins hour (public transport) Depart Gatwick heading north on Thameslink train service to London Bridge (2 stops) Change at London Bridge to the Underground and head east on the Jubilee Line for Canning Town. From Heathrow Airport Travel time 1 hour 40 mins (car or taxi); 1 hour 30 mins (public transport) Depart Heathrow heading east on Heathrow Express to London Paddington. Temperatures for early May in London vary between 13 - 16 C. Visitors should pack appropriate clothing for chilly evenings.

During the conference, business-casual attire is appropriate. The Summit Celebration reception on the evening of Thursday 3 May is casual. Partner Sponsors are welcome to wear their own branded clothing.

Please indicate any special requests in the ‘dietary requirements’ section provided during the registration process. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

ExCeL has been purposely designed and built to allow unrestricted access to all visitors and to conform to Part M of the Building Regulations.

They aim to provide full access to all the facilities within the venue and recognise that disabled visitors may require extra equipment, facilities and assistance both routinely and in an emergency.
