Shantanu Narayen
Adobe - Chair & CEO
Shantanu Narayen is chairman and chief executive officer of Adobe, one of the largest and most diversified software companies in the world.
Adobe’s mission is to change the world through digital experiences, serving a large customer base from students to business communicators to the world’s largest enterprises. As CEO, Shantanu has transformed the company into an industry innovator by pioneering a cloud-based subscription model for its creative suite, establishing the global standard for digital documents, and creating and leading the explosive digital experience category. Today, he’s driving the company’s strategy to unleash creativity for all, accelerate document productivity, and power digital business.
Under Shantanu’s leadership, Adobe has achieved record revenue and industry recognition for its inclusive, innovative, and exceptional workplace, including being continuously named a Great Place to Work and a Most Admired Company by Fortune.
Shantanu joined Adobe in 1998 as vice president and general manager of its engineering technology group. He became president and COO in 2005, CEO in 2007, and chairman of the board in 2017.
Shantanu is vice chairman of the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum and sits on the board of Pfizer. He previously served as a director of Dell and is a past member of the U.S. President’s Management Advisory Board.
Shantanu has been recognized by several publications as one of the world’s leading executives, including Barron’s World’s Best CEOs and Fortune Businessperson of the Year lists, and named a Top CEO by Glassdoor based on employee feedback. He is a recipient of India’s civilian honor Padma Shri and the Economic Times Global Indian of the Year award.
Before joining Adobe, Shantanu held product development roles at Apple and Silicon Graphics before cofounding an early photo-sharing startup, Pictra.
Shantanu holds five patents. He has a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from Osmania University, a master’s degree in computer science from Bowling Green State University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
Eric Hall
Adobe - SVP and CMO, Digital Experience Business
Eric Hall is Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Adobe’s Digital Experience business, responsible for Go-To-Market strategy and execution for the company’s industry-defining digital marketing solutions. His global team amplify Adobe’s unique digital marketing story in ways that energize, celebrate, and empower CMOs and experience makers.
Previously Eric was Senior Vice President and General Manager for Adobe’s Professional Services and Customer Success organizations, where he led a worldwide team that serves Adobe’s Digital Experience and Digital Media customers on everything from digital strategy to technology implementation, from training to technical support, and from initial onboarding to long-term value realization. During his tenure at Adobe, Eric has also led Field Strategy, Operations and Enablement, Americas Professional Services, and Digital Strategy & Solutions Consulting.
Prior to Adobe, Eric spent time as GitHub’s Chief Revenue Officer where he had oversight of existing clients and was responsible for new customer acquisition, developing sales methodologies and leading long-term planning for Fortune 500 customers.
Eric spent eight years at ServiceSource working with major technology firms to optimize customer revenue operations. He held multiple senior leadership roles, including SVP & GM Global Enterprise Accounts, SVP & GM of Operations and Data Services, and VP Business Excellence.
He began his career as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company, serving customers in the US, Europe and Africa across a variety of industries and disciplines.
Eric received a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School.
Luc Dammann
Adobe - President of EMEA
Luc was Vice President and Managing Director of Western Europe at Adobe, covering France, Iberica, Italy, Benelux, and the Nordics before stepping into his current role of President of EMEA.
His core mission is to accelerate Adobe's growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa and to reinforce Adobe's leadership as a catalyst for digital experience transformation for enterprise businesses.
Luc joined Adobe in 2016 from HP/Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, spending ten years as Vice President in charge of the Software Division for France. He was also a member of the Executive Committee. Previously, he held various management and sales positions in France and Europe, both for large software companies and start-ups (HP Software, Peregrine Systems, ATG, PeopleSoft, Vantive), in areas ranging from CRM, to eCommerce, IT Management and BigData.
Luc holds an MBA in Marketing from Laval University in Quebec, and a BA in Finance from Audencia Nantes Business School.
Amit Ahuja
Adobe - SVP, Experience Cloud, Platform & Products, Digital Experience
Amit Ahuja is the Senior Vice President of Product Management, Product Marketing and Strategy for the Digital Experience Business at Adobe. Prior to this role, Amit was responsible for Business Development and building Adobe’s ecosystem. Amit has held several other roles within Adobe including the Head of Emerging businesses, General Manager of Adobe’s DMP business, and several positions in Corporate Development. Amit joined Adobe via the acquisition of Macromedia where he was in the Corporate Development Group focusing on mobile and video.
Amit began his career at Hambrecht & Quist as a technology investment banker and also spent several years at a technology start up. Amit has a B.S. from University of California, Berkeley and a MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
José Gutiérrez
PRISA - Chief Solutions, Digital & Technology Officer
José Gutiérrez (Cádiz, 1985) holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Exeter.
He subsequently completed the NextGen Management Program at Wharton University, as well as the Digital Wharton University, as well as the Digital Marketing Strategy at the University of the Art London and the Master's Degree in Management Development at IESE Business School.
Prior to joining PRISA Media, Gutiérrez headed the Product, Solutions and Innovation area at Grupo Henneo, Solutions and Innovation at Grupo Henneo. Previously, and for ten years, at the Havas Group, where he led global Digital and Client Technology services, which allowed him to Technology services, which allowed him to develop numerous initiatives for large companies in multiple for large companies in multiple sectors, at an international level. He was also part of the consulting firm Everis and the company Hownet, part of the Alcoa Group.
Gutiérrez is also a mentor in several organizations where he supports numerous startups in their digital development.
